See Christians? Freedom of Speech and Separation of Church and State Are Good

The issue always looks different when the "dominant" religion isn't your own. A Christian had to fight in court for his right to distribute material at an Arab festival outside Detroit. A Federal judge had said no, he couldn't hand out materials at or near the festival. An appeals court threw out that decision and said he can. Seems like basic freedom of speech to me. This throws a new light on this discussion, doesn't it? I hope Christians would be as quick to defend this guy's right to hand out material if he were an atheist.
